today that it is currently preparing to launch a new division of their company.
The new division will now be marketing Medical Equipment and supplies on a Global
scale. President and Director of EN2, Brad Shupe stated, "We have been
looking at the global market for medical supplies for some time and we now feel
the time is right for such a venture. We have worked hard to prepare the infrastructure
needed to sustain such a business and we have greatly expanding our product
line to include disposable items and used equipment. We have had meetings with
potential clients in Mexico and have made contacts in Brazil and Peru. We are
structuring the MD-Equipment website of EN2 to serve our potential clients in
the Southern region and we anticipate rapid growth to continue for the next
3 years. We hope to launch the website portion of our business by late June
or early July to the public. We are looking forward to making these supplies
available to areas that may previously never had access to products like this
that are sorely needed to sustain a higher quality of life."

that it has signed a contract to form a strategic alliance with InterTechnics,
Inc. InterTechnics, Inc is a web design and web hosting firm located in Eastern
Tennessee. President and Director of EN2, Brad Shupe stated, "We have formed
an agreement with InterTechnics for our web design and support for the internet
portion of our business. InterTechnics is the most creative and professional
bunch of designers I think I have ever met. I feel EN2 is lucky to have formed
an agreement with this company and to have them working with us on this project.
We looked at every option and company when it came to operating our website.
As we are looking at true global scale transactions we required the best to
maintain our system. As luck would have it we found them right here in our own
region.
Press Release. Johnson City- June 2002, EN2, LLC announces
the launch date of their new website for medical equipment and supplies. "We
have set the public launch date for the Medical Equipment side of EN2 for July
7, 2002." Stated Brad Shupe, President and Director of EN2, LLC. He also
stated that they are currently negotiating with equipment manufactures to secure
some exclusive rights to sell part of their inventory. According to Mr. Shupe
"this will give EN2 an advantage over all other suppliers and should make
EN2 one of the largest medical equipment vendors in the US."
